Job Summary
A company is looking for an Implementation Specialist to support the new business and renewal process for clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather and manage applications from carriers, instruct clients on paperwork completion, and ensure proper submission for implementation
- Communicate final approvals from carriers to clients, including welcome letters and plan details
- Maintain database management, documentation, and track correspondence in CRM
Required Qualifications, Training and Education
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Experience in a benefits support role at a carrier, general agency, or brokerage preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Knowledge of health and ancillary insurance products and benefit plan designs preferred
- Familiarity with database applications is a plus
