Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, fostering long-term relationships
  • Contribute to the successful delivery of consulting services and product implementation projects
  • Proactively identify customer needs and support growth opportunities
Required Qualifications
  • U.S. Citizenship is required
  • Customer/Account Management (Technical Sales) experience
  • Knowledge of IT Security (NIST 800-171/CMMC) and/or IT Accessibility (Section 508, WCAG)
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related technical discipline, or equivalent experience
  • Ability to learn quickly and apply skills in a small business environment
