Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, fostering long-term relationships
- Contribute to the successful delivery of consulting services and product implementation projects
- Proactively identify customer needs and support growth opportunities
Required Qualifications
- U.S. Citizenship is required
- Customer/Account Management (Technical Sales) experience
- Knowledge of IT Security (NIST 800-171/CMMC) and/or IT Accessibility (Section 508, WCAG)
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related technical discipline, or equivalent experience
- Ability to learn quickly and apply skills in a small business environment
