A company is looking for a Tier II IT Support Technician.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide Tier I & II technical support to end-users via a ticketing system
  • Configure and maintain the network environment, especially Ubiquiti networks
  • Support Windows 10 & 11 systems and assist users across various platforms
Required Qualifications
  • Professional experience providing Tier II support remotely using various tools
  • Hands-on experience supporting Windows 10+ environments
  • Comfortable troubleshooting networking issues at the systems-level
  • Strong customer service skills
