Key Responsibilities
- Inform families about program options and services available
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in the database
- Assist families in making informed decisions regarding clinical service next steps
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 3 years of experience in human services or a related clinical field
- Experience supporting families with children on the autism spectrum or with developmental disabilities
- Ability to conduct needs assessments and interviews effectively
- Proficient in various software programs, including database management and Microsoft Office
- Fluency in French is preferred; knowledge of other languages and experience with Indigenous families is an asset
