Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and review loan closing documents for Non-QM mortgage loans
• Coordinate with stakeholders to facilitate timely and efficient closings
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in mortgage closing, preferably in the Non-QM space
• Strong knowledge of Non-QM loan products and mortgage closing procedures
• Experience with loan origination systems and mortgage document preparation software
• Familiarity with TRID, RESPA, and other mortgage compliance regulations
