Job Summary
A company is looking for a Claims Representative to investigate and resolve auto and property damage claims while providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Verify and explain coverage to policyholders and set expectations on the claims process
- Investigate and evaluate claims by conducting interviews and gathering evidence
- Serve as the primary customer contact, responding to inquiries and ensuring customer satisfaction
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is required
- Associate degree is preferred
- Customer service experience is required
- 6-12 months of related experience is preferred
- Ability to obtain a Company sponsored Adjuster's license upon hire is required
