Claims Adjuster

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Claims Representative to investigate and resolve auto and property damage claims while providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Verify and explain coverage to policyholders and set expectations on the claims process
• Investigate and evaluate claims by conducting interviews and gathering evidence
• Serve as the primary customer contact, responding to inquiries and ensuring customer satisfaction

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required
• Associate degree is preferred
• Customer service experience is required
• 6-12 months of related experience is preferred
• Ability to obtain a Company sponsored Adjuster's license upon hire is required
