A company is looking for a Client Support Specialist I.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support and customer service to clients through various communication channels
- Resolve software issues and maintain communication with stakeholders until resolution
- Log customer interactions and contribute to knowledge base materials
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a software-related field or equivalent technical experience preferred
- Prior Technical Support and/or Customer Service experience desired
- Familiarity with credit application, loan, underwriting, and credit scoring processes a plus
- Self-motivated and highly organized individual
- Current major GPA of 3.0 or higher preferred
