Job Summary
A company is looking for an Admin III Correspondence Agent to provide written responses to Federal Student Loan inquiries and assist with inbound calls as needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide knowledgeable written responses to Federal Student Loan inquiries
- Perform clerical duties, including data entry and document verification
- Support project and operations management by anticipating and meeting departmental needs
Required Qualifications and Education
- High School diploma or GED required
- Associate's degree and/or 2-4 years of relevant experience preferred
- Minimum of two years of student loan customer service or call center experience
- Must reside in the U.S. and be a U.S. Citizen
- Ability to pass a criminal background check and not be delinquent on federal student loans
