Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years of customer service experience
- Solid analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Understanding of data structures and ability to identify patterns
- Experience working with customers and maintaining relationships
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in Accounting, Finance, or MIS related field preferred
