Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in Loss Prevention, Bankruptcy, or Customer Service in the financial industry, or equivalent
- Experience in inbound and outbound call center operations preferred
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
- Experience with various lines of business in the financial sector
- Reliable and dependable work ethic
