Job Summary
A company is looking for a Remote Coordinator Manufacturer Special Programs (Specialty).
Key Responsibilities
- Acts as the primary contact for manufacturers and HUBs regarding patient and program inquiries, ensuring adherence to policies and procedures
- Processes referrals and orders, collaborating with manufacturer/HUB Case Managers to ensure efficient communication and service continuity
- Reviews patient financial documents to determine eligibility for assistance programs and consults with pharmacists on patient care issues
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- At least 1 year of experience in patient care, healthcare, retail, or customer service-oriented roles
- Must have an active pharmacy technician license or certification as required by state Board of Pharmacy
- Experience in calculating benefit usage balances and health insurance mathematical calculations
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities
