Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Coordinator Manufacturer Special Programs (Specialty).

Key Responsibilities
  • Acts as the primary contact for manufacturers and HUBs regarding patient and program inquiries, ensuring adherence to policies and procedures
  • Processes referrals and orders, collaborating with manufacturer/HUB Case Managers to ensure efficient communication and service continuity
  • Reviews patient financial documents to determine eligibility for assistance programs and consults with pharmacists on patient care issues
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED
  • At least 1 year of experience in patient care, healthcare, retail, or customer service-oriented roles
  • Must have an active pharmacy technician license or certification as required by state Board of Pharmacy
  • Experience in calculating benefit usage balances and health insurance mathematical calculations
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities
