A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative to work remotely in the USA.
Key Responsibilities
- Connect patients with care through primarily outbound calls and manage inbound calls as needed
- Assist callers with inquiries related to appointment scheduling, provider information, and issue resolution
- Document calls and actions taken, and assign tasks to clinic staff for medically related inquiries
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1-3 years of healthcare experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other relevant software
- Experience with health insurance and scheduling
- Ability to solve moderately complex problems independently
