Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement tailored Success Plans for strategic customers
Required Qualifications
  • 5 years' experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or technical support
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience
  • Proficient in Office 365
  • Understanding of K-12 education systems and technology preferred
  • Experience with Salesforce and SaaS is a plus
