Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Coordinator to provide information and resolve day-to-day issues in response to inquiries about products and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer incoming service requests via phone, chat, email, and online inquiries
  • Generate and follow up on service request work orders for completion
  • Update company systems, customer service databases, and spreadsheets
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent experience with up to 2 years of job-related experience
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive approach
  • Basic math skills to calculate simple figures such as percentages and discounts
