Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Referrals - Shared Services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee, manage, and evaluate the performance of Supervisors while ensuring proper shift coverage
  • Drive conversion rates of referrals and handle escalated patient and site concerns with effective action plans
  • Monitor employee engagement, coordinate with vendor partners, and report on department metrics regularly
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
  • Minimum of three years of experience in an Access/Call Center management role or comparable experience
  • Experience in a healthcare environment with call center, referral, and appointment scheduling
  • Ability to analyze trends and create action plans for improvement
  • Willingness to travel to clinical or corporate locations as needed
