Key Responsibilities

• Investigate automobile accidents involving property damage and bodily injury with attorney/litigation involvement
• Assess coverage, liability, and damages while providing exceptional customer service
• Engage in negotiation processes to reach fair injury settlements with all parties involved

Required Qualifications

• Must reside in the Pacific or Mountain time zones
• Experience in claims handling or related field preferred
• Ability to work remotely and manage responsibilities effectively
• Familiarity with communication tools such as voice calls, email, and text messaging
• Understanding of negotiation processes in injury settlements
