Provider Enrollment Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Provider Enrollment Specialist to manage payer enrollment issues and applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Research and resolve payer enrollment issues through follow-up with market locations and CMS
• Manage the completion and submission of Medicare, Medicaid, and third-party payer applications
• Maintain documentation and tracking of provider enrollment processes and revalidation dates

Required Qualifications

• Associate's degree (2 years) required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• At least one (1) year of provider enrollment experience preferred
• Knowledge of CMS, State Medicaid, and third-party payer application requirements
• Familiarity with HIPAA Privacy & Security policies and procedures
• Ability to work independently and manage sensitive information appropriately
