A company is looking for an Outreach Pharmacy Specialist to join their member outreach team.

Key Responsibilities

• Reviewing, updating, and maintaining pharmacy information for customers
• Conducting outbound educational calls regarding medication adherence
• Motivating members to refill prescriptions and coordinating communication with providers and pharmacies

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 2 years of experience in a retail pharmacy
• 1 year of experience in a pharmacy setting with knowledge of medical terminology
• 1 year of technical or operational experience
• Certified Pharmacy Technician (PTCB or NHA) required
