Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the leading mortgage expert for all parties involved in the home buying process
• Manage pre-approval transactions from application to funding, ensuring seamless communication with borrowers and real estate agents
• Gather required documentation and maintain a pipeline of 100+ pre-approvals per month while delivering exceptional customer service

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years mortgage purchase processing experience
• Self-directed and motivated, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, DU, LP, and CRM
• Detail-oriented with strong decision-making skills
• Exceptional customer service skills
