Job Summary

A company is looking for a NY Workers Comp Customer Service Supervisor.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the medical file review process, ensuring timely processing and accurate notation of cases
  • Train and supervise the Customer Service Representative team, conducting audits and providing coaching as needed
  • Maintain client communication, providing updates and ensuring proper documentation for cases
Required Qualifications
  • An Associate's Degree or Bachelor's Degree is preferred
  • Experience supervising or managing teams is critical
  • Business experience in a healthcare and/or insurance setting is preferred
  • Computer literacy and typing skills are essential
