Key Responsibilities
- Manage the medical file review process, ensuring timely processing and accurate notation of cases
- Train and supervise the Customer Service Representative team, conducting audits and providing coaching as needed
- Maintain client communication, providing updates and ensuring proper documentation for cases
Required Qualifications
- An Associate's Degree or Bachelor's Degree is preferred
- Experience supervising or managing teams is critical
- Business experience in a healthcare and/or insurance setting is preferred
- Computer literacy and typing skills are essential
