Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries by documenting, researching, and providing information according to established policies
- Prepare correspondence and documents in response to customer inquiries while meeting departmental performance goals
- Facilitate issue resolution through communication with various parties, ensuring outstanding customer service
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma/GED or equivalent working knowledge
- Up to one year of experience in a high-paced contact center environment, preferably in healthcare or managed care
- Ability to use technology tools for research and customer inquiries via calls, emails, or chat
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Bilingual preferred; Associate's degree and additional experience in a high call volume service center strongly preferred
