Key Responsibilities
- Manage email, phone, and chat communication with customers as their primary contact
- Support long-term customers in managing their web presence and addressing their inquiries
- Assist customers with small design tasks using the web design suite and contribute to customer support resources
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in an external-facing role supporting American clients
- Highly proficient in English with strong writing and communication skills
- Experience in web design and managing websites
- Empathy for small business users and ability to understand their challenges
- Familiarity with managing third-party integrations on websites
