Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and 3-5 years of experience in a Customer Success role
- Experience with relationship-building and account management
- Ability to work with senior and executive level customer contacts
- Track record of keeping commitments to customers and teammates
- Enthusiastic and positive outlook, even in challenging situations
