Job Summary

A company is looking for a Conference Call Coordinator to manage the scheduling and prioritization of conference calls for effective patient management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and schedule conferences for Network Managers, Medical Directors, and internal staff
  • Prioritize and organize conferences based on urgency and time frame in collaboration with the management team
  • Provide customer service and act as a liaison for both internal and external customers
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of five years of experience in administrative support services
  • Intermediate to advanced computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Word and Outlook
  • Strong customer service skills with excellent telephone presence
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently in a fast-paced environment
