Job Summary

A company is looking for a FEP Customer Service Representative.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide inbound and outbound customer service, ensuring accurate information delivery and first call resolution
  • Document issues and follow up on inquiries, routing them to the appropriate departments as necessary
  • Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive information and meet performance goals consistently


Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED (Required)
  • One (1) year of previous customer service experience (Required)
  • Experience with MS Office or other computer platforms (Required)
  • Two (2) years of college-level courses or two (2) years' work experience in phone-related customer service
  • Experience in healthcare, benefits, call center, claims processing, or Facets is preferred
