Key Responsibilities
- Provide level 2 support for SaaS and custom-built insurance applications
- Field customer concerns and manage user access issues while delivering exceptional customer service
- Support application conversion and implementation projects, escalating complex issues as needed
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Associate degree, technical certification, or equivalent experience
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent experience (preferred)
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service, technical support, or application support
- Foundational knowledge of Microsoft technologies and SaaS applications
- Experience supporting a variety of business applications in a production environment (preferred)
