Client Implementation Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Implementation Analyst II (EDI) to manage electronic setup and testing of IT projects related to client claims processing.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage client requests for accessing and customizing products using EDI and Web Services
• Act as the primary liaison between business and technical teams, ensuring effective communication and implementation of solutions
• Conduct testing and analysis to resolve issues and enhance claims processing workflows

Required Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree or HS Diploma with 4 years of related experience
• At least 3 years of experience in a technical production or applications support role
• Good understanding of Healthcare IT claims processing and EDI protocols
• Ability to create SQL queries for data analysis within an Oracle database
• Experience with tools such as MS Office, Service Now, and JIRA
