Job Summary
A company is looking for a Client Implementation Analyst II (EDI) to manage electronic setup and testing of IT projects related to client claims processing.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage client requests for accessing and customizing products using EDI and Web Services
- Act as the primary liaison between business and technical teams, ensuring effective communication and implementation of solutions
- Conduct testing and analysis to resolve issues and enhance claims processing workflows
Required Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree or HS Diploma with 4 years of related experience
- At least 3 years of experience in a technical production or applications support role
- Good understanding of Healthcare IT claims processing and EDI protocols
- Ability to create SQL queries for data analysis within an Oracle database
- Experience with tools such as MS Office, Service Now, and JIRA
