A company is looking for a Service Desk Technician - Bilingual Spanish/English (TIER 1) to provide technical support in a work-from-home environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide support via phone, e-mail, and chat for various PC hardware and software applications
- Troubleshoot issues related to Microsoft Operating Systems and Office products
- Handle 50-60 support issues per day efficiently and maintain regular attendance
Required Qualifications
- Trade School Certificate or Associate Degree in a related field
- 1 year of experience in a call center or service desk environment
- Knowledge of Windows 7, Windows 10, and Office 365 support
- Experience with ServiceNow or other ticketing systems
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office applications
