Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Recordkeeper-Retirement who provides service and administrative support to defined contribution plan clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Train, coach, and mentor lower-level recordkeepers while providing input to performance reviews
  • Respond to client requests and resolve administrative or service problems
  • Process transactions for plan valuation and produce necessary client reports
Required Qualifications
  • 6+ years of defined contribution client service experience
  • Project management skills
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred
  • Strong leadership abilities
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities
