A company is looking for a Lead Recordkeeper-Retirement who provides service and administrative support to defined contribution plan clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Train, coach, and mentor lower-level recordkeepers while providing input to performance reviews
- Respond to client requests and resolve administrative or service problems
- Process transactions for plan valuation and produce necessary client reports
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of defined contribution client service experience
- Project management skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred
- Strong leadership abilities
- Ability to handle multiple priorities
