Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of Customer Success / Project Managers while establishing best practices for customer delivery
- Define and implement customer success strategies, monitoring KPIs for satisfaction and engagement
- Oversee high-priority customer projects and resolve escalated issues, ensuring alignment on goals and deliverables
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years in customer success or project delivery, with at least 3+ years in a leadership role
- Experience in enterprise software, preferably in industrial sectors like chemicals or materials manufacturing
- Technical proficiency in understanding software solutions, data analysis, and enterprise implementation processes
- Expertise in managing customer-facing software projects and familiarity with change management strategies
- Customer-first mentality with a proactive approach to problem-solving and team development
