Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Service Supervisor (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage a high-performing team of Customer Service Representatives through coaching and training
- Ensure department KPIs are met and monitor performance through reporting and QA
- Handle escalations, provide feedback, and maintain adherence to company policies and procedures
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- 4-5 years of relevant management experience in a customer service environment
- Proven experience as a call center supervisor or in a similar supervisory role
- Working knowledge of MS Office and performance evaluation procedures
- Flexibility in schedule to meet call center operational hours
