A company is looking for a Customer Service Supervisor (Remote).

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage a high-performing team of Customer Service Representatives through coaching and training
  • Ensure department KPIs are met and monitor performance through reporting and QA
  • Handle escalations, provide feedback, and maintain adherence to company policies and procedures
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
  • 4-5 years of relevant management experience in a customer service environment
  • Proven experience as a call center supervisor or in a similar supervisory role
  • Working knowledge of MS Office and performance evaluation procedures
  • Flexibility in schedule to meet call center operational hours
