A company is looking for a Coordinator, HelpLine Operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide real-time guidance and assistance to HelpLine Specialist volunteers and interns
- Monitor, evaluate, and coach volunteers to ensure adherence to service models and policies
- Respond to HelpLine inquiries via calls, chats, and emails, and assist with resource directory audits
Required Qualifications
- Experience in a fast-paced team environment, particularly in helpline or customer service settings
- Knowledge of mental health services and basic understanding of mental illness
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn new technologies
- Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
- Spanish language proficiency is highly desired
