A company is looking for a Client Experience Specialist who will manage non-licensed aspects of real estate transactions from contract to close.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform non-licensed administrative tasks for real estate agents, managing contractual dates and deadlines
- Collaborate with agents and third parties to ensure compliance and proper documentation for transactions
- Organize transaction details and serve as the point-of-contact for all deal stakeholders throughout the closing process
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in real estate, mortgage, title, or transaction coordination/processing
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to learn and navigate multiple software systems effectively
- Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Experience in providing exceptional customer service throughout the transaction process
