Key Responsibilities
- Handle escalated customer inquiries from Level 1 agents via phone and email
- Document interactions, issue details, and troubleshooting steps in HubSpot
- Triage and route customer tickets to appropriate departments for further support
Required Qualifications
- 2 to 5 years of experience in a technical support role
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Familiarity with CRM and database management
- Experience in a multi-channel customer service environment
- Previous experience working remotely with a distributed team
