Required Qualifications
  • 2 to 5 years of experience in a technical support role
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Familiarity with CRM and database management
  • Experience in a multi-channel customer service environment
  • Previous experience working remotely with a distributed team
