A company is looking for a Vetting Specialist responsible for ensuring the accuracy of organization and charity records in their database.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the initial point of contact for consumers regarding client programs and eligibility
- Collect and review documentation for consumers and maintain records in the company database
- Manage workload effectively to prioritize multiple customer inquiries while maintaining high-quality support
Required Qualifications
- One year of client-facing, customer service experience preferred
- Strong experience with Microsoft 365 Office, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Self-motivated with the capability to prioritize and manage changing priorities
- Comfortable learning new systems and programs
