Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat
- Analyze and troubleshoot complex inkjet printer issues for resolution
- Document customer interactions and resolutions in the system
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service or call center experience
- Knowledge of PC operating systems (Windows and/or MAC)
- Intermediate to advanced internet navigation and MS Office skills
- Dependable with a reliable high-speed internet connection
