Job Summary
A company is looking for a Mac Support Technician to provide remote technical support for macOS, iOS, and Windows systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver remote technical support to end users via email, chat, and phone for macOS and Windows systems
- Configure, image, support, and troubleshoot Apple macOS, iOS, and Microsoft Windows operating systems
- Provide support for Microsoft Office 365 applications across Mac and Windows environments
Required Qualifications
- Associates degree and over 3 years of hands-on experience with macOS and iOS
- At least 3 years of experience troubleshooting end-user hardware, operating systems, and software applications
- Demonstrated proficiency with Mac systems and experience with JAMF for device management
- Broad understanding of technology, including hardware, software, and IT service concepts
- In-depth knowledge of enterprise IT environments and familiarity with iPhone models 13 and above
