A company is looking for a Representative, Customer Experience (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
- Provide service support to members and/or providers via various communication channels
- Conduct surveys related to health assessments and member/provider satisfaction
- Document details related to Member or Provider inquiries accurately
Required Qualifications
- HS Diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 1-3 years of Sales and/or Customer Service experience in a fast-paced environment
- Preferred Associate's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Familiarity with systems such as Microsoft Office, Salesforce, and CRM platforms
- Experience in a contact center environment is preferred
