A company is looking for a Life Insurance Customer Support - Licensed - Remote.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with clients to educate them on life and health insurance options
- Handle inbound calls from existing customers regarding service needs and sales
- Address billing issues, policy changes, inquiries, and claims for customers
Required Qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience in an inbound/outbound call center
- Active Health and Life Insurance License in the state of residence
- Previous health and life sales experience
- Good employment tenure
- Able to navigate technical issues independently
