Key Responsibilities
- Onboard and train customers on software, developing customized training programs
- Regularly communicate with customers to ensure their needs are met and they derive full value from the software
- Manage customer accounts and provide support by answering questions and troubleshooting issues
Required Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree
- Experience in legal technology or AI-based software platforms
- 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing role
- Interest in learning about new technology and software
- Experience working on cross-functional teams
