A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative - Remote.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls from members and providers and provide high-level customer service
- Identify and prioritize caller needs, formulate resolutions, and maintain customer satisfaction
- Use computer tools to document information accurately and educate callers on program benefits
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- Prior experience in a customer service related field preferred
- General working knowledge of Microsoft Word & Outlook
- Computer keyboard proficiency and internet navigation skills required
- Ability to thrive in a fast-growing and changing environment
