Required Qualifications
- 1 year of experience in a technical support, help desk, or user support role, preferably in a remote setting
- Basic understanding of REST APIs and exposure to SQL is a plus
- Familiarity with JavaScript, HTML, or general web technologies is a bonus
- Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced, startup environment
- Natural inclination to leverage AI tools in workflow
