Key Responsibilities
- Engage directly with clients to educate them on health and life insurance options
- Handle inbound calls from existing customers regarding service needs while also selling applicable products
- Address customer inquiries, billing issues, policy changes, and claims
Required Qualifications
- Active Health and Life Insurance License in the state of residence
- At least 1 year of experience in an inbound/outbound call center
- Previous health and life sales experience
- Ability to connect and build rapport over the phone
- Able to navigate technical issues independently
