Key Responsibilities
- Guide patients through their next steps after a cataract diagnosis
- Educate patients on their options and potential out-of-pocket costs
- Ensure a positive patient experience while maintaining confidentiality
Required Qualifications
- 2 years of experience in ophthalmology
- 2 years of direct patient care experience
- 1 year of experience in cataract education (preferred)
- Experience working in eye care (preferred)
- Familiarity with multiple languages such as Spanish, Russian, or Polish (preferred)
