Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted technical advisor for customers
- Provide strategic consultation in taxonomy design, instrumentation, and data governance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve data management experiences for customers
Required Qualifications
- At least 5 years of customer-facing technical experience with enterprise accounts
- Proficient in programming languages and concepts relevant to web and mobile development (e.g., SQL, JavaScript, Python)
- Experience with SaaS solutions in product analytics, digital marketing, or related fields is preferred
- Strong execution and customer service orientation
- Ability to effectively prioritize and complete customer deliverables on time
