Key Responsibilities
- Verify life and health insurance applications with potential customers
- Document required information and maintain communication regarding actions taken within the Quality Assurance database
- Meet departmental key performance indicators (KPIs) and participate in special projects involving outbound calls
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Minimum typing requirement of 35 wpm
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office systems
- Ability to multi-task and work within a structured schedule
- Reliable and predictable attendance
- Bilingual in English and/or Spanish preferred
