  • Verify life and health insurance applications with potential customers
  • Document required information and maintain communication regarding actions taken within the Quality Assurance database
  • Meet departmental key performance indicators (KPIs) and participate in special projects involving outbound calls
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • Minimum typing requirement of 35 wpm
  • Proficient use of Microsoft Office systems
  • Ability to multi-task and work within a structured schedule
  • Reliable and predictable attendance
  • Bilingual in English and/or Spanish preferred
