Key Responsibilities
- Own and resolve complex technical escalations involving the platform and cloud-native infrastructure
- Serve as the escalation point for frontline support engineers and collaborate with internal teams
- Conduct investigations into product issues and contribute actionable bug reports to accelerate resolution
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years in technical support roles, preferably within the modern data stack ecosystem
- Proven success in managing cross-functional escalations involving engineering and product teams
- Strong technical depth in Kubernetes, cloud platforms, and SQL
- Ability to navigate complex codebases and provide insights to engineering
- Experience mentoring or training peers and developing onboarding curricula
