A company is looking for a Paid Leave Claim Examiner (Virtual).
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a block of state paid leave and absence claims effectively and accurately
- Ensure optimal claims handling and timely, accurate decisions
- Focus on delivering an exceptional customer experience and maintaining customer relationships
Required Qualifications
- 1 year of experience in Short Term Disability, Absence, or Paid Leave claim management, or related health claim field
- Claim/risk management skills and technical knowledge in contract interpretation and administration
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Goal-oriented with the ability to organize and analyze information
- PC skills required (i.e., Windows based environment; Word; Excel; PowerPoint)
