Job Summary

A company is looking for an Employee Benefits Service Center Advocate to support clients with employee benefit enrollment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer inbound calls professionally and positively to assist clients
  • Respond to inquiries accurately and document call details
  • Ensure compliance and accountability throughout the processing of transactions
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • Service Center and/or Customer Service experience is required
  • Prior benefit administration or insurance experience is preferred but not required
  • Strong customer-centric mindset and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable with technology and a competitive team player
  • Internet speeds of above 20 Mbps (Download) and 5 Mbps (Upload) are required
