Key Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls professionally and positively to assist clients
- Respond to inquiries accurately and document call details
- Ensure compliance and accountability throughout the processing of transactions
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Service Center and/or Customer Service experience is required
- Prior benefit administration or insurance experience is preferred but not required
- Strong customer-centric mindset and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable with technology and a competitive team player
- Internet speeds of above 20 Mbps (Download) and 5 Mbps (Upload) are required
