A company is looking for a Live Media Technical Support Engineer.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver expert-level support for products, resolving escalated technical issues
- Manage the end-to-end troubleshooting process and collaborate with internal teams
- Provide real-time support for live production environments and participate in on-call rotations
Required Qualifications
- 4-5 years in a Support or technical account management role
- BS or MS in Computer Science, or equivalent experience
- Knowledge of video delivery workflows and networking concepts
- Proficient in SMPTE standards with experience in IP-based media workflows
- Ability to work under pressure to deliver solutions in real-time
