Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver expert-level support for products, resolving escalated technical issues
  • Manage the end-to-end troubleshooting process and collaborate with internal teams
  • Provide real-time support for live production environments and participate in on-call rotations
Required Qualifications
  • 4-5 years in a Support or technical account management role
  • BS or MS in Computer Science, or equivalent experience
  • Knowledge of video delivery workflows and networking concepts
  • Proficient in SMPTE standards with experience in IP-based media workflows
  • Ability to work under pressure to deliver solutions in real-time
